I’ve been coming to Dr. Pilacio and Dr. Arevalo for a while now, and every visit has been outstanding. Everyone here is so friendly and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. From the guy taking the x-rays to the lady who does the cleaning, they are patient, professional, and kind. You can tell Dr. Palacios treats his team well, and it shows in the way they treat you. Dr. Palcios himself is outstanding — very patient in answering questions and especially understanding with my anxiety about shots and drilling (the sound drives me crazy). He never rushes and always makes sure I’m comfortable. The office is spotless, modern, and efficient, and the front desk staff greets me with a smile, is friendly, and quick to answer questions. Every visit feels smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, caring, and has a wonderful team behind him, I highly recommend Dr. Palacios!
